We are hiring Customer Support Agents to join our growing team remotely. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing a best-in-class experience to our customers.
Position openMain responsibilities of Customer Support Agent:
- Dealing directly with customers by live chat and emails (e.g. online chat and email)
- Handling and resolving customer queries
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person
Few musts:
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support
- Be happy to work different shifts
