We are hiring Customer Support Agents to join our growing team remotely. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing a best-in-class experience to our customers.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT:

    • Dealing directly with customers by live chat and emails (e.g. online chat and email)
    • Handling and resolving customer queries
    • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate person

    Few musts:

    • Be fluent in written and spoken English
    • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support
    • Be happy to work different shifts
